Jennie-O HOT Italian Turkey Sausage and Pasta

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Sausage & Pasta

796 ml Crushed Tomatoes
796 ml Diced Tomatoes
19 1/2 oz Turkey
625 g Whole Wheat Pasta
4 cups spinach
3 cloves garlic
1 cup red bell pepper
1 cup green bell pepper
1 tbsp oregano
2 cups mushrooms
1 cups onions

Recipe Directions for Turkey Sausage & Pasta

  1. Slice Mushrooms, Peppers and dice onions - using a little water or extra virgin olive oil, cook until tender.

  2. Add Diced Tomatoes and Crushed Tomatoes at medium heat until bubbling and add spinach - continue to simmer until spinach boils down.

  3. Add oregano and garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Boil pasta per directions.
