Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Sausage with Onions and Peppers

1 tbls olive oil
1 pound Turkey Smoked Sausage
2 onions, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1/8 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Sausage with Onions and Peppers

  1. To a heated (medium heat source) non-stick pan, add olive oil. Lightly brown sausage. Remove to plate. Add onions and peppers; saute until softened. Return sausage to pan. Cook another minute, stirring until well combined.

  2. This recipe can be eaten with bread, as a sandwich, or over pasta. To enhance pasta meal, other vegetables can be sauteed with the onions and peppers.
