8 oz Sausage
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
3 medium raw Plum Tomato
1 serving Hill country fare extra virgin olive oil
4 glass (3.5 fl oz) Wine, Table, White
62 serving Hill country fare reduced sodium chicken broth
4 serving Hill country fare extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp chopped Onions
8 clove Garlic
3 serving Arborio rice
4 serving H-E-B natural cheese 100% grated parmesan & romano cheese
4 serving Lite Mixture Salt
4 dash Pepper, Black
1/2 serving, raw Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Turkey sausage,green bean & tomato & Basic Risotto

Prepare the risotto. Meanwhile,heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large skilled over medium high heat. Add 8 oz fully cooked sausage (sliced) and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Add 4 oz green beans (thinly sliced) and cook until heated through,about 3 minutes; toss with 3 plum tomatoes (seeded and chopped). Fold the sausage mixture into the risotto along with 1/2 cup cilantro(roughly chopped).
