Recipe Ingredients for Turkey sausage and egg muffins

1 serving jimmy dean turkey sausage 70% less fat
6 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
1/2 serving kraft colby and montery jack shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for Turkey sausage and egg muffins

  1. Mix eggs with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Pour into muffin tin.

  3. Sprinkle on top veggies of your choice. ( I used diced onion, red pepper, shredded carrots).

  4. Dice turkey sausage and sprinkle on each muffin.

  5. Sprinkle even amount of cheese onto each muffin.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
