Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Sausage Bagel w/ veggies & mozzarella

1 serving Turkey Links Sausage
1/2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 serving Sliced Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1 serving Lender's 100% Whole Wheat Bagel Shop Bagels

Recipe Directions for Turkey Sausage Bagel w/ veggies & mozzarella

  1. slice veggies & simmer in skillet in a little water until almost desired tenderness

  2. add sausages to skillet & brown on all sidesn

  3. Melt cheese top of veggies

  4. Add veggies & cheese to one half of toasted baged. Top with sausages and other half of bagel.
