3 ounces turkey breast
2 leaves romaine lettuce
1 oz arugula leaves
1 oz broccoli sprouts

Recipe Directions for Turkey Sandwich

Spread each slice of bread with a tablespoon of Romesco sauce. On one slice, layer the turkey, and then the lettuce, arugula, and sprouts. Top with other slice of bread, cut in half, and serve.
