Tasty, spicy high protein low calorie turkey sammich. Pretty high on sodium, though. Very satisfying. Tastes like Subway kinda.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Sammich P+ C-

56 g cracked wheat 2sl.
75 g ground turkey patty
30 g sliced cuke
20 g sliced jalapeno
5 g grey poupon

Recipe Directions for Turkey Sammich P+ C-

  1. Be sure the ground turkey patty is cooked. You could easily substitute sliced turkey.

  2. Place bread slices side by side on a plate.

  3. Spread mustard thinly onto one slice with back of spoon.

  4. Place turkey patty atop mustard. Onto that spread 1/2 tsp worcester sauce if you like.

  5. Place cukes and peppers on top of the patty, other slice on top of the veggies. Press down gently and slice diagonally.
