Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Salsa Meatloaf

2 tbsp. olive oil
1 small carrot, pealed and finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 lb. ground turkey meat
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup salsa

Recipe Directions for Turkey Salsa Meatloaf

  1. heat oil in skillet. add chopped carrots, onion and celery, saute until golden brown. in a large bowl mic turkey, 1/4 cup salsa, egg and parsley. add sauted vegetables and mix thoroughly. gradually add in rolled oats until desired consistancy.

  2. bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes then add additional salsa to top and continue baking for an another 15 minutes.
