Turkey salad made with leftover baked or fried turkey.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Salad

2 c chopped turkey
3/4 c light Miracle Whip
1 boiled egg
1/4 c green onions
1/2 c onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c chopped celery
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Salad

  1. Place cooled boiled egg, green onions, onion, garlic clovs, celery parsley flakes and chopped turkey in food processor and blend well.

  2. Use spatula to remove mixture from processor bowl and place into a regular bowl; add light Miracle Whip and cayenne pepper; stir together until well blended.

  3. Makes six servings, approximately 1/2 cup each.
