I actually used the Kraft mayo with olive oil and turkey breast from a left over turkey. This turkey salad is great on crackers, sandwiches, and even in salad!

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Salad

4 cups chopped turkey
1 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup red onion
1/4 cup celery
4 tbsp honey dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Turkey Salad

  1. Chop turkey breast and put into mixing bowl.

  2. Chop onion and celery and add to turkey.

  3. Add mayo, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Mix well and serve, or refrigerate immediately.
