Can't eat tuna every day ;) Similar salad to tuna snack I make but since turkey is so much drier than canned tuna the mustard alone wasn't going to cut it. So I added plain yogurt in place of mayo, which was pretty great and added some protein to boot!

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Salad Mix Snack Lunch #1 (yog/must/curranty)

0.75 cup, chopped or diced Turkey, All Classes, Meat Only
1 medium Mushrooms
2 oz Mushrooms
0.5 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
0.125 cup Wheat Germ, Toasted, Plain
0.33 cup, diced Celery
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground
1 tsp Garlic Powder
3 tsp Mustard
0.125 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, Plain, Low Fat, 12 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
0.063 cup Zante Currants
0.75 cup Alfalfa Seeds, Sprouted

  1. Mix everything except sprouts.

  2. Put sprouts on plate in a ring.

  3. Scoop salad into center of sprouts.

  4. Eat!
