4 romaine lettuce leaves
4 slices tomato
2 slices red onion

Recipe Directions for TURKEY ROLL UPS WITH RED BAKED POTATOES

For red potato, cook potato in microwave on high power 8 to 9 minutes or until fork tender. Slice lengthwise in half; spoon 2 tablespoon sauce over each half. Meanwhile, for turkey roll ups, layer all ingredients on tortillas; roll up.
