Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Roll Up

1 whole wheat tortilla
14 g cream cheese fat free
1/4 cup spinach, fresh leaves
1 tsp. bell peppers, fire roasted, sliced strips
28 g turkey, thin slice

Recipe Directions for Turkey Roll Up

Spread cheese over entire tortilla. Place spinach leaves on one half. Add strips of peppers across spinach then add slivers of almond along peppers. Roll up tightly, place in frig for at least one hour. Take out and slice about 1/4" thickness. Serve with either, Dijon mustard or fat free ranch dressing.
