Turkey and rice soup. Great for leftover turkey during the holidays!

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and rice soup

20 oz Turkey Breast Roast
14 oz 99% Fat Free All Natural Chicken Broth Rtsb
1 small Onions
180 grams Brown Rice
24 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Turkey and rice soup

  1. Chop small onion and add to large pot on medium heat

  2. Let onions cook for about 5 minutes, then pour in 1 can of chicken broth. Cover and let simmer on low heat for 20 minutes

  3. Add in 3 cups of warm water

  4. Add in shredded turkey breast. Cover and let simmer for additional 20 minutes

  5. Add in cooked rice. Mix pots and season w/ salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 20 minutes.

  6. Remove from heat and serve.
