Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and Rice

2 cups Brown Rice
2 cups Water
16 oz. Frozen Broccoli
8 Spears Asparagus
8 oz. Cream of Mushroom Soup, 98% Fat Free
12 oz. Turkey - White meat

Recipe Directions for Turkey and Rice

  1. Turkey should be cooked

  2. Prepare Rice per package instructions

  3. Add Vegetables with 10 minutes to go, cover and cook

  4. Add Cream of Mushroom soup, and turkey. Cook another 5 minutes

  5. Serve
