2 serving Sauerkraut-Giant
0.25 serving 1/4c feta cheese-Athenos
0.5 serving Thousand Island Dressing-Kraft Free
2 serving Rye Bread-The Baker
1 serving Turkey-Deli Sliced Healthy Ones Oven Roasted
1 serving Swiss Cheese-Nature's Promise Organic

Recipe Directions for Turkey Reuben

  1. mix the sauerkraut, feta and dressing in a small bowl. Spread the mixture over a slice of bread. Top with the turkey, slice of cheese, and the remaining bread.

  2. Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray and warm it over med. heat until hot. Add the sandwich and grill it for 2-3 min a side or until the cheese is melted
