1 pound extra lean ground turkey
2 teaspoons sesame oil
8 ounces water chestnuts
1/2 cup fat free chicken broth
1 red bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey w/red bell pepper and water chestnuts

  1. Brown turkey in oil.

  2. Once cooked thru, add broth, pepper onion & 1tbs of 5 spice.
