A simple and healthy sauce to go with any kind of pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Ragł Sauce

1 medium onion, chopped
3 small carrots, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
200 g turkey breast, minced
15 oz tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp rosemary, minced

Recipe Directions for Turkey Ragł Sauce

  1. In a food processor, pulse the onion and the carrots. Do the same with the turkey.

  2. Heat oil and cookthe carrots and onion over medium-high heat.

  3. Once onion has lost its transparency, add the garlic and the turkey. Cook until the meat is completely white and add the tomato sauce. I use a simple marinara sauce with basil but if you use a plain tomato sauce, you can add basil, salt and pepper, to your own taste. Add the rosemary.

  4. Heat over medium heat until the sauce is hot. Serve over pasta.
