Stuffed poblano peppers with turkey and quinoa

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and quinoa stuffed peppers

1 onion Yellow Onion
1 cup Quinoa
13 1/4 oz Poblano Pepper
15 oz raw All Breast Meat Fresh Ground Turkey
10 tablespoon Cilantro
8 oz Hot Salsa Fresh
1/2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Turkey and quinoa stuffed peppers

Sautee onion in pan, then sautee turkey in olive oil. Cook quinoa. toss with other ingredients and stuff poblano peppers with the mix. Cook in oven.
