Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Quinoa Goat-Cheese Meatballs

3/10 kg turkey breast
0.39 kg extra lean ground turkey
1 cup uncooked quinoa
2 oz goat cheese
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Turkey Quinoa Goat-Cheese Meatballs

  1. Grind, or finely chop the turkey breast

  2. Mix all ingredients together

  3. Form into balls (about 2 tbsp)

  4. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 400F

  5. Optional: brown under the broiler
