Delicious turkey quiche in little muffin tins. great hot or cold.

Recipe Ingredients for turkey quiche

3.07 oz Turkey, Fryer-roasters, Breast, Meat Only
2 large Mushrooms
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 medium raw Onion Red
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1/2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/2 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1/2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
6 eggs

Recipe Directions for turkey quiche

  1. turn oven to 350f

  2. grease muffins tins with extra virgin olive oil.

  3. dice up turkey breast

  4. dice up all veggies put in a bowl

  5. place 1tsp turkey on bottom of each tin

  6. place 1tsp of veggies in each tin

  7. add seasoning(pepper)

  8. crack one egg whisk in separate bowl

  9. pour egg over one muffin tin.

  10. do this 12x or as many x as you have muffin tins filled with veggies

  11. cook for 20-30 minutes or until set.

  12. take out put cheese on top and enjoy.
