Great brunch for the day following turkey dinner. Use your leftovers and satisfy everyone without adding up unneccessary calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Quiche

8 eggs
1/4 cups milk 1%
1/2 med.onion
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup turkey
1 tsp. Parsley

Recipe Directions for Turkey Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.

  2. Saute onions and mushrooms until onions are translucent.

  3. Beat eggs with milk and then add all other ingredients and stir together.

  4. Spray pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. Pour in egg mixture.

  5. Sprinkle with Parsley.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until egg is no longer wet on top.
