Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and Potato Hash

3 Potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
10 oz Turkey, All Classes, Meat Only
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.529 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Turkey and Potato Hash

Start with the olive oil and rosemary in a cold saute pan. This allow is the rosemary to infuse with the oil as it heats up. Saute the onions over medium high heat. Once onions are tender, add diced potatoes and lower heat to medium low. Season with salt and pepper to taste. When potatoes are mostly tender, add finely chopped, prepared turkey breast. Finished when the potatoes are tender and browning on the bottom.
