Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Polenta Pie

13 ounces polenta
16 ounces lean ground turkey
4 tablespoons corn
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Turkey Polenta Pie

  1. Fry ground turkey until cooked all the way through.

  2. Place turkey in a baking pan.

  3. Put parmesan cheese and corn on top of turkey. Try to distribute evenly.

  4. Slice polenta. Coat each piece in olive oil. Place over meat, cheese, and corn.

  5. Place in oven at 375 F. for 15-20 minutes. Remove. Let sit for a few minutes, then cut into thirds. Enjoy!
