Turkey and veg with a fluffy mashed potato top

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey pie

400 grams Turkey, all classes, light meat, raw
500 grams Potato, Flesh And Skin
60 grams Whole Milk
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
0.5 medium raw Leeks
15 grams Olive Oil
15 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 Cube Chicken Stock Cubes

Recipe Directions for Turkey pie

fry turkey, leek and celery. Add flour as a thickener, then add stock and water. Bring to the boil, add peas and preferred seasonings and simmer till turkey is cooked. Boil peeled potatos and carrots then mash with the milk and seasoning. Put meat and veg in an oven proof casserole and top with the mash. Cook in oven to brown top and then eat with boiled veg.
