Turkey Pie with Almonds - great with leftovers

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Pie with Almonds

2/3 cup cheddar cheese
2 tsp all purpose flour
2 cups turkey
1 cup celery
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped almonds
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Turkey Pie with Almonds

  1. shred the cheese

  2. mix flour with cheese and place in bottom of pie shell. Reserve some for topping.

  3. Mix turkey, celery, mayonnaise, almonds, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper

  4. Place over cheese in pie shell. Top with reserved cheese and almonds.

  5. Place in 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes
