Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Picadillo

22 ounces ground turkey
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
14 ounces low-fat beef broth
8 ounces canned corn
2 1/2 ounces green olives
1/2 cup ketchup
1 ounce capers
4 ounces raisins

Recipe Directions for Turkey Picadillo

  1. cook ground turkey in a deep pan (not a pot) and spice with cumin, coriander, salt and pepper (to taste). Chop a half onion and 2 gloves of garlic and add to turkey. Once the ground turkey is cooked with spices and onions, add the beef broth and all of the other ingredients. The green olives should be sliced and pimento stuffed olives add great flavor to the dish. Let simmer for 30 minutes so that the sauce thickens.

  2. Serve over rice and enjoy!
