Recipe Ingredients for Turkey pepperoni scramble

2 eggs
4 egg whites
2 tbsp onion, chopped
15 g turkey pepperoni
1/2 ounce reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Turkey pepperoni scramble

  1. seperate 4 eggs-reserve whites

  2. add to bowl with two whole eggs

  3. beat eggs

  4. saute onions and mushrooms in pan with pam spray

  5. add sliced pieces of pepperoni

  6. add beaten eggs

  7. scramble

  8. add cheese just before removing from heat

  9. serve
