Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Pepperoni Pasta with Mushrooms

1 cup Spelt Ziti Rigati, 100% Whole Grain, Organic
4 oz Turkey Pepperoni
6 oz Chanterelle Mushrooms
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tbl Whole Grain Mustard Sauce
1 tbsp Light Mayo, Organic Vegan

Recipe Directions for Turkey Pepperoni Pasta with Mushrooms

  1. Boil Pasta

  2. Chop mushrooms, pepperoni, onions

  3. When pasta is cooked drain and set aside

  4. Saute chopped items in olive oil

  5. Mix mustard and mayo in a dish with 4 tablespoons of water and add to the sauteed mixture

  6. Add pasta, mix well and serve
