Easy and good for you! Can be topped many ways or eaten as is center plate.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Patties

3/4 cup Mixed Pepper Strips
1/4 cup, grated Carrots
1/2 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
16 oz Ground Turkey

Recipe Directions for Turkey Patties

Dice pepper strips small. Shred carrots. Thin slice scallions. Chop garlic fine. Sautee' veggies in olive oil until just soft. Add garlic toward the end so it doesn't burn. Let mixture cool before adding to ground turkey with spices and mix well. Divide into 6 portions or more if you want smaller servings. I make and freeze individually as turkey comes fresh not frozen. Sautee' with a little cooking spray or grill until done(170 degrees)
