1 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon capers
1 onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Turkey Patties

  1. Combine ingredients and form into 5 patties.

  2. Place on preheated grill or non-stick pan- no oil.

  3. Cook until well browned on each side and no pink in the middle, approx. 15 min.
