Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Patties

150 g ground turkey breast
1 medium onion
75 g baby carrots
50 g celery root
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 small egg

Recipe Directions for Turkey Patties

  1. Grate the carrots, the onion and the garlic. Add to the meat. Add the spices, the eggs and the parsley.

  2. Form into flat patties and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
