Quick and Easy Healthy alternative to beef burger patties. Can be eaten like a burger or alone with veggies on the side.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Patties

1 package lean ground turkey
1 medium zucchini (finely grated)
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Turkey Patties

  1. Set oven on broil.

  2. Line a lipped baking sheet with foil.

  3. Mix all above ingredients in a bowl. (I usually mix by hand.)

  4. Shape into 12 patties. They're a little on the soft side.

  5. Broil 15 minutes on each side.
