Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and pasta bake

10 ounce minced turkey
5 ounce turkey bacon, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 onion, chopped finely
2 carrots, diced
2 tbsp tomato puree
1/2 pint chicken stock
8 ounce penne pasta
2 tbsp grated parmesan

Recipe Directions for Turkey and pasta bake

  1. Brown turkey in a nonstick pan.

  2. Add garlic, onion and carrot and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

  3. Add stock and tomato puree. Bring to boil and simmer for 45-60 minutes.

  4. Cook pasta according to instructions on package. Drain and combine with turkey mixture. Season to taste.

  5. Transfer to shallow ovenproof dish, sprinkle parmesan on top and bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes.
