Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Pasta Bake

1 lb ground turkey
18 oz penne pasta
4 cups broccoli
2 cups zucchini, sliced
1 diced bell pepper
15 oz fat free ricotta cheese
4 cups raw spinach
16 oz marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Turkey Pasta Bake

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.

  2. Add ground turkey to a pan and cook through over medium heat. Drain excess fat and add to prepared pasta.

  3. Add vegetables to the pan and cook for 5 minutes or until slightly tender. Add to pasta/turkey mixture.

  4. Combine cheeses, garlic, and salt and papper in a bowl. Set aside.

  5. Pour 2 tablespoons or marinara into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Combine remaining sauce with turkey and pasta mixture.

  6. Pour half of the pasta mix into the 9x13. Cover with cheese mix. Pour the remaining pasta over the cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
