Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Omelet

2 large eggs
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons whole milk
2 slices turkey breast
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 teaspoon coconut oil

Recipe Directions for Turkey Omelet

  1. Saute chopped onions and red peppers in coconut oil

  2. Beat egg, egg whites, and milk

  3. Cook egg in frying pan in coconut oil

  4. Place vegetables and turkey slices in center of omelet and fold in half

  5. Flip omelet until cooked in the center
