Delicious and easy turkey & oat meat balls.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Oat Balls

6 oz ground turkey breast
1 cup quaker oats
2 medium eggs
1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup carrots, finely chopped
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning

Recipe Directions for Turkey Oat Balls

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a small mixing bowl.

  3. Beat eggs and combine with all other ingredients. Mix well with a fork or with hands until all ingredients are blended.

  4. Shape 9 equal sized balls and place in baking dish.

  5. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 165*), turning once half way through.
