12 cups water
1 cup chopped celery
4 cups cooked turkey
3 cups uncooked egg noodles

add carrots, potatoes, green onions, celery, salt/soup base, turkey, and uncooked noodles to 12 cups of water. cook slowly on the stove top for 2 hours. Soup is ready when potatoes and carrots are soft.
