Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Noodle Soup

1 cup, chopped Carrots
0.75 cup, chopped Onions
4 clove Garlic
1 cup, diced Celery
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
6 cup Light
3 oz Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Extra Wide Noodles
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 leaves Bay Leaves
2 cup, chopped or diced Turkey, All Classes, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Turkey Noodle Soup

Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat; coat with cooking spray. Add carrot, onion, and garlic; saute 5 minutes or until onion is lightly browned. Add celery, salt, and pepper; saute 3 minutes. Add broth and next 3 ingredeints; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Add turkey; cook 3 minutes. Discard bay leaf. Sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper if desired.
