Recipe Ingredients for Turkey and Noodle salad with Five-Spice Dressing

275 grams Turkey Breast Meat
400 grams Beans, Snap, Green
1 tbsp Oil, Vegetable Safflower
200 grams Noodles, Japanese, Soba, Dry
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
3 cup Baby Bok Choy
6 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes
100 grams Water Chestnuts
0.5 cup Chopped Walnuts
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated
28 grams Chilli
1 serving Five Spice Powder
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 serving Rice Wine Vinegar
2 wedge yields Lime Juice
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame

Recipe Directions for Turkey and Noodle salad with Five-Spice Dressing

  1. Heat oil in pan, stirfry turkey pieces (diced) until cooked. Place on sheets of absorbant paper and set aside.

  2. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil, add the beans and boil for 3 minutes until tender. Drain and refresh with cold water. Slice finely and set aside.

  3. Place the noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Leave for five minutes or until soft then drain well. Toss with the oil to stop the noodles sticking together.

  4. Finely slice all vegetables and place along with noodles and meat in a large bowl.

  5. Add five spice dressing and mix well. Toss over chopped walnuts and serve.
