Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Noodle Casserole

170 grams ((Italapasta) Rotini, whole wheat
0.19 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
3 1tsp Olive Oil
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
12 oz Turkey, All Classes, Meat Only
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
6 medium Mushrooms
4 medium Carrots
1 cup Frozen Sweet Peas
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese reduced fat

Recipe Directions for Turkey Noodle Casserole

  1. Cook and drain pasta.

  2. Slice onions and mushrooms and saute.

  3. Slice carrots.

  4. Combine oil and flour in a medium bown. Add milk and 1/2 cup water. Microwave for 4 minutes on high, stirring every 30 seconds.

  5. Coat 2 litre covered oven-proof casserole dish with cooking spray.

  6. Fold together pasta, sauce, vegetables.

  7. Bake at 350F for about 50 minutes, until mixture bubbles.

  8. Optional: Remove cover, add parmesan cheese, raise oven temperature to 400F and cook a further 10 minutes.
