Ground turkey and mushroom noodle casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Noodle Casserole

1 lb turkey, ground
1 onion, diced
1 cup celery
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup peas, frozen
1 cup carrots, frozen
1 cup green beans
1/2 cup corn
1 can mushroom soup
2 cups tomatoes, diced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp chilli powder
1 lb noodles, cooked

Recipe Directions for Turkey Noodle Casserole

  1. Spray pan with PAM.

  2. Sautee onions, mushrooms, celery, and turkey meat

  3. until meat is no longer pink and onions are limp.

  4. Stir in tomatoes, mushroo, soup, remaining vegetables and spices.

  5. Cook noodles for 6 minutes in boiling water and add to cooked mixture.

  6. Place entire contents into casserole, top with foil or lid, and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
