This was a "McGuyver Meal" of what I had aroud the house and it actually turned out really good!

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey n Dumplings

560 g Fresh Turkey Necks
10 oz green beans
244 g chicken stock
3 potatoes
4 oz baby carrots
5 cloves garlic
10 cups water
1 1/2 cups flour
2 medium eggs

Recipe Directions for Turkey n Dumplings

Make broth, bring necks to boil, let simmer for 3-4 hours. Take necks out, remove meat. Mix eggs and flour with a little water to make a smooth mixture. Drop by teaspoonful into boiling soup. Done when dumplings float to the surface.
