Recipe Ingredients for turkey mushroom soup

1 lb turkey
1 cup broccoli
1 cup mushrooms
2 scallions
1/2 cup red bell pepper
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp dried basil
1 dash of oregano
1 dash of sage
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for turkey mushroom soup

saute mushrooms, onions, and bell pepper untill tender, not brown. Add remaining ingredients. bring to boil and them immediatly reduce heat to lowest setting for just a few minuits add salt and pepper to taste and serve
