minimal non stick cooking spray 1/2 cup finely chopped celery 10 3/4 ounces 98% fat free condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 cup water 1 tablespoon instant onion soup mix 1.25 lb ground turkey 3 cups hot cooked rice 4 large green sweet peppers, 8 ounces each 1 1/4 cups fat free shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey/Mushroom Soup/Brown Rice Stuffed Peppers

17 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
4 medium Green Bell Pepper
8 oz Water
1 serving Onion Recipe Soup and Dip Mix
3 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
10.75 oz 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
0.5 cup, diced Celery
1.75 oz Fat Free Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Turkey/Mushroom Soup/Brown Rice Stuffed Peppers

  1. spray non stick cooking spray in pan

  2. Add celery and raw ground turkey in pan, cook until turkey is browned

  3. Stir in condensed mushroom soup, and onion soup mix.Heat to boiling.

  4. Stir in cooked rice (cooked separately to package directions); remove from heat.

  5. TO ASSEMBLE, halve peppers length-wise; remove stems, seeds, and membranes.

  6. Place pepper halves, cut sides up, in a large shallow baking or roasting pan.

  7. Divide chicken mixture among the pepper halves.

  8. bake peppers, covered with foil, in a 350 oven about 55 minutes or till heated through.

  9. Top with extra cheese if desired Bake, uncovered, about 5 minutes more or till cheese is just melted.
