Turkey meatballs with mushroom in the meatball, baked, not fried

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey-Mushroom meatballs

1 1/4 lbs turkey, ground
22 grams mushrooms, chopped finely
113 grams plain bread crumbs
2 extra-large eggs
30 grams garlic, chopped
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp pepper, freshly ground

Recipe Directions for Turkey-Mushroom meatballs

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Shape into 1 inch meatballs.

  3. Place on a foil wrapped broiler pan, sprayed with Pam

  4. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
