Turkey muffins for breakfast or after a work out

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Muffins

16 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
1 cup, diced Celery
0.5 onion Yellow Onion
2 serving Southwest Chipotle Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats

Recipe Directions for Turkey Muffins

mix all ingredients into large bowl. spray pan with non-stick cooking spray, preheat oven to 325 degrees. Form into balls and place into muffin tins. Bake at 325 for 20-30 minutes.
