Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Muffins

32 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
0.5 Teaspoon Thyme
0.5 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Turkey Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 375.

  2. Lightly grease muffin pan.

  3. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

  4. Using hands, make into round balls, approximately the size of a raquet ball, and place in each muffin pan.

  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
