This recipe is simple, cheap and light. It cooks fast in muffin tins and helps the kids get vegetables. Any veggies can be used, really- as long as they are chopped small and add up to a cup!

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Mini-Meatloaf

3/4 cups rolled oats
1 pound ground turkey
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1 small egg
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Turkey Mini-Meatloaf

Mix in all ingredients. Spray muffin tin with Pam and fill. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until browned. Pop out and enjoy with ketchup!!
