A nice change to your evening meals with a healthy meatloaf that is easy to make and great to eat.

Recipe Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf with Sundried Tomatoes & Basil

1 1/2 lb extra lean ground turkey
1 small onion
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup basil leaves
1 g Extra Spicy Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
1 egg
3/8 cup panko
1/8 cup ketchup

Recipe Directions for Turkey Meatloaf with Sundried Tomatoes & Basil

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. In food processor, chop onion to fine pieces, then add sun dried tomatoes and basil to make a paste. Reserve 1 Tbsp for later.

  3. Mix the ground turkey, paste mix, panko, seasonings & egg together in large bowl. Place on a baking pan in the shape of a flat loaf. Bake for 30 minutes.

  4. Add ketchup to the paste and mix. Spread on the loaf after baking and then bake for another 10 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes to finish the cooking.
